bye bye P1 Wimax....

bye bye (20/12/2008-31/08/2010)

Finally..... after tons of complaining, ranting, cursing, on 31st August 2010, i decided to terminate my P1 Wimax.. why? the speed is super super slow. a week before MERDEKA, they were doing some maintenance within my area, my connection was effected pretty badly. im getting fedup. fedup and more fedup. sooo, i decided... this is it.. this is the moment....


back in the box....
well, the connection was not the only reason why i terminate my account.. the next reason was.......

the new white-and-WIFIed-modem



i wanted to use this white modem, so i asked the p1 careline, can i change the modem from the old-black-box-no-wifi modem, to the new white modem. they said i must pay certain amount (RM 299, if im not mistaken) to change it.. i was like.. wtf??? ive been a 'loyal' P1 customer since 2008, no benefit at all, except for cinema voucher during my birthday and the new customer who register for this modem get rebate sumore. haizzz.. what a marketing strategy P1 is using..... after consulting with the P1 rep, she advised me to terminate my old account, and register the new one. 

no cable needed....

to all P1 existing customer who wanted to use this DX-230, just terminate ur old account. 'POTONG' the old one, and register new one. you will get new modem + enjoy some rebate, haha.

    pas2 die rebate blk 1st month and 2nd month bill..
    so, rm49 something kot..
